Joining the supported companies of the University of Tokyo’s Division of University Corporate Relations, a “global hub for the co-creation of knowledge”

commissure Inc., which creates the ability to do what was not previously understood, has joined the supported companies of the University of Tokyo’s Division of University Corporate Relations.
The aim is for industry, academia, government and the public to work together on the many problems facing human society, and to accelerate innovation for the next generation.

The supported companies of the Division of University Corporate Relations play a part in building an innovation ecosystem as a “global hub for the co-creation of knowledge”, where industry and academia work closely together.

For faculty, students, postdoctoral researchers and startups seeking to commercialise research and educational results, the division also provides wide-ranging support: advice on the management side of turning academic results and business ideas into businesses, introductions to support organisations, nominations to business contests, sales and marketing support, licensing agreements, the procedures involved before and after founding a company, fundraising and capital policy.
