Developing the HaptoScala® multi-channel haptic display system

We are pleased to announce HaptoScala®, a multi-channel haptic display system capable of presenting up to 1,024 channels of haptic stimuli to the body at once.

The system comes in two versions — HaptoScala V, a highly responsive vibration type, and HaptoScala S, a shear type that reproduces force sensations difficult to convey through vibration — giving it flexible extensibility. We aim to create richer, more immersive experiences across a range of fields, including VR content, remote operation of robots and entertainment.

We will continue to accelerate the development of solutions built on haptic technology and to solve problems through haptics.
